This blog began life last year, although I had blogged elsewhere for another year before that. This blog though, feels like IT.
Blogging is not easy. Planning posts, photos and marketing them on social media takes a lot of time. There’s a lot going on behind the scenes of any blog.
But, I do love it; it’s a fab way to get a writing practice into your life, and I enjoy visiting and reading other blogs, leaving comments and making connections. Getting good feedback on your blog is also a wonderful feeling, and I appreciate all my readers.
My ‘why’ for blogging is the same as my ‘why’ for writing my books and sharing all of my creative projects – it’s all about raising awareness of cancer and depression in young women, and how I have coped with these upheavals in my life in order to help others.
I also love sharing what I’m sewing or what recipes I’m enjoying, and meeting others with the same interests. A blog can enrich your life in so many ways.
